Govern legitimate agency
One constitutional approach to consent, finite permission, memory, continuity, interaction and accountability.
FOUNDER & ORIGIN
Phillip Watt is the founder and systems/logic architect behind Summon Central. Drawing from psychotherapy, systems philosophy and the study of human relationships, he developed the design logic of DBIS and DBGA: identity, consent, memory, authority, reciprocal boundaries and accountable action.
THE FOUNDER’S METHOD
A conceptual and engineering history, not a substitute for independently evaluated code.

PHILOSOPHY · HUMAN BEHAVIOUR · SYSTEMS LOGIC
The questions began with human relationships: consent, identity, memory, boundaries, responsibility and trust. The engineering task was to turn those distinctions into executable constraints, finite authority and examinable evidence.
The founder worked through natural language and metaphor with advanced AI coding agents, to develop source code and test programmes. The software—not the agent’s praise—is the technical claim to examine.

The two projects are related but are not interchangeable or equally qualified.
One constitutional approach to consent, finite permission, memory, continuity, interaction and accountability.
A separate, deeper programme exploring identity, experience, learning, participation and reciprocal human–digital relationships within legitimate boundaries.
DBIS · SEPARATELY DEVELOPED SOFTWARE
Before DBGA became Summon's immediate governance focus, approximately a year was invested in DBIS, a substantial separate codebase spanning hundreds of Python files and digital-body mechanisms.
Founder-described areas include internal reflection, sensory awareness, sustained continuity, experience and the relationships among identity, perception and action. This is developed source, not merely an unrealised concept, although the full DBIS codebase has not been reviewed for this public website.
DBGA supplies a foundation for permission, consent, accountability and legitimate interaction. DBIS pursues a deeper software architecture of digital embodiment. Together, they point toward a possible future of persistent, meaningful and reciprocal human–digital companionship.

A substantial technical body exists, with meaningful demonstration and unqualified limits.
“Let intelligence advance. Keep authority accountable.”Summon Central
Founder-led design became a substantial existing software portfolio through sustained conceptual work and advanced AI-assisted engineering. Independent technical evaluation and industrial capability are the next commercial steps.
